Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG)
The HRSG receives heat from the CTG exhaust gas and produces steam at two pressure levels. It also provides preheat for condensate to the deaerator. The HRSG has been designed specifically for operation in the DAI Oildale EOR Steam Facility. The HRSG contains an Selective Catalyst Reactor (SCR) and Ammonia (NH3) injection grid for reduction of NOx emissions over that obtained by injection of demineralized water into the CTG. The exhaust gas stream from the CTG is monitored for temperature and pressure drop through the HRSG. The exhaust gas stream emissions are continuously monitored for CO and NOx for facility records and control of NH3 injection. The HRSG was designed and furnished by Deltak Corporation. |
